  • Why types of wax do you use?
    We use only the highest quality all natural soy and soy blends. The wax choice used for a specific candle will be determined by the vessel type and size.
  • Can we bring our own food and drink?
    We encourage you and your party to come prepared for a good time. This is a fun event, let your hair down and leave your problems behind. Please feel free to bring your own snacks, charcuterie and or drinks (think "sip and paint"). BYOB 😉
  • Are gift certificates available?
    Yes they are! Our gift certificates can be purchased in any denomination and never expire. They make for a perfect birthday, holiday or just because gift.
  • Can I use your space for a private party or team building event?
    With advance notice, our space is available for private events and can be customized to your needs. We can arrange just about any time or day of the week between the hours of 10am to 10pm and for any number of hours you choose. Please contact us directly to explore the possibilities. We can even come to you!
  • Can I bring my children?
    Only children over the age of 9 may attend and will need to be supervised by their accompanying adult. Each individual will need to be registered for their own seat and candle making experience.
  • What kinds of candle vessels do you offer?
    We like to keep things fresh! From season to season, colors, shapes and textures are ever changing and so are we. Your experience will include a vessel of 10oz or less and can be upgraded an of our larger premium vessels upon arrival.
  • What if I'm running late?
    Classes will being on time. We encourage you to get here at least 15 minutes early. Life happens and we get it. We will do our best to bring you up to speed during one of our sipping breaks.
  • Why was gratuity added to my private party of 10 or more?
    Gratuity is added to private parties of 10 or more to ensure exceptional service for your event. This gratuity goes directly to our dedicated staff who work hard to make your experience memorable and enjoyable.
  • Is it possible to bring additional guests to watch the candle making session?
    Due to limited space and resources, our candle making sessions are reserved for paid participants only. This policy ensures that each paid participant has ample resources and space to create their custom candle comfortably.
  • How can I reschedule my workshop?
    You can easily reschedule your workshop by sending an email to [info@make-perfect-scents.com](mailto:info@make-perfect-scents.com). Simply reach out to us within 48 hours of your scheduled workshop, and we'll assist you with the rescheduling process.
  • What is your refund policy?
    To secure your seat at our workshop, we reserve it to prevent overbooking and ensure ample space and resources for all paid guests. As a result, refunds are not provided. However, we are happy to reschedule your booking within 48 hours, upon receiving your timely email request.
